Mount Faber Park

Hi readers:)

Have you ever thought of what it is like to be standing at one of Singapore's highest natural point, over viewing the entire of Singapore, maybe not the entire but at least part of it? Have you ever wonder what it is like to be over viewing the HDB flats from a high point? If yes, then this is a place that you should not miss out! Although Mount Faber is not as high as the Bukit Timah hill, it is one of Singapore's hilltop as well and one of the oldest parks. As tourists, i believe that you would have heard of Singapore's special icon, The Cable Car. To get to Mount faber, you can either travel up by taking the Cable Car or the free shuttle bus from Harbourfront MRT station. If this is your first time traveling to Mount Faber Park, i would strongly encourage that you should try out the national icon, the 36-year-old Cable Car as i guarantee that you will be able to enjoy a panoramic view from the top. I believe that you must be worried that if the cable car is safe? As it is already 36-years old! If that's your question, not to worry, it is definitely safe. The Cable car which is now known as Jewel Cable Car have recently just been opened to the public after a year of renovation. It has an easy access for wheelchair and baby prams. Upon reaching, you can have a sumptuous dinner at the Restaurant before having a nice walk up to the park. It is best recommend that you travel up in the night to get the best view of all. Looking from the top, you will feel a sense of relaxation and it is a view that you will not forget. It is going to be the most beautiful memory that you will have of Singapore scenery.
